GORILLA Brand Identity Design

GORILLA Restaurant Equipment is a Denver based restaurant equipment distributor and consultants. They came to us in order to create a brand identity for their new company and this is the result.

Our challenge in this project was creating an identity that looks professional yet rough and strong.

As part of the visuals, we wanted to include a nod to various art movements, one of which is the art of woodblock printing. For this, we worked on detailing the edges and the folds in the skin to simulate the exceptional aesthetics of woodblock printing.
